Minor differences may occur due to photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, packaging updates, or product improvements.

Please review the product information carefully before placing your order.

Orders & Payments

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, and shipping information.

Payments may be securely processed by Shopify or other third-party payment providers.

We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including due to:

• Product unavailability
• Payment authorization problems
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent transactions
• Incorrect or undeliverable shipping information

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible products.

For standard customer-initiated returns, customers are responsible for one return shipping cost only.

Used automatic litter boxes must be thoroughly cleaned before return. All litter, pet waste, hair, and other debris must be removed.

We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Please do not send returns to an address shown on your original package unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

After we process the refund, it may take approximately 3–8 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your automatic litter box arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact:

Please include your order number and, where possible, photos or videos showing the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund.

If the issue is confirmed to result from a product defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, you will not be responsible for the applicable return shipping cost.

Product Use & Safety

Automatic litter boxes contain electronic and moving components.

Please follow all product instructions and safety warnings and appropriately supervise your pet when introducing the product.

Do not intentionally modify, disable, or bypass product safety mechanisms.

If your product appears damaged or operates abnormally, stop using it and contact our customer support team.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel orders that have not yet entered fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. You may request an eligible return after receiving the product.

Intellectual Property
